A small, lightweight pendant worn on the neck or wrist that connects to your mobile emergency device. It’s water-resistant for shower safety and gives your loved one an easy way to call for help without having to reach for the main unit.
Our device includes four advanced fall sensors — more than typical medical alert devices. If a fall is detected, it automatically calls our monitoring center even if the user is unconscious or unable to press the button.
Family members and caregivers can access the user’s location, activity history, and event notifications in real time through an optional caregiver portal add-on. Customizable alerts keep everyone informed without compromising privacy.

Through our caregiver portal, designated family members receive immediate event notifications with location details and activity updates.
PERS allows seniors and vulnerable adults to remain living independently at home, with a safety net in place for emergencies.
A trained monitoring center operator answers every help button press within seconds 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Caregivers and family members receive notifications when a device is activated, providing visibility without compromising the user’s privacy.
Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death in seniors. Automatic fall detection ensures help is dispatched even when the user cannot press a button.
On-board GPS and “intelligent breadcrumbs” show operators and caregivers a recent location trail. If your loved one is on the move, help still finds them.
If a fall or button press triggers an alert, a trained monitoring operator can speak directly to your loved one through the device to assess the situation and confirm what kind of help is needed.

No. The device connects via 4G/LTE cellular networks — no landline or home internet required. It works anywhere you have cellular coverage, so your loved one stays protected at home, in the car, or across town.
The device has four advanced fall sensors that automatically detect a fall and call our monitoring center, even if the user is unconscious or unable to reach the button. This is one of the most important features for seniors living alone.
The mobile device offers up to 36 hours of battery life on a single charge. The device alerts the user when the battery is low, so there’s time to recharge before protection lapses.
Yes. Through our optional caregiver portal, designated family members can view the user’s location and activity history in real time. Location is also automatically transmitted to our monitoring center during any emergency.
No. While many customers use it for fall detection and medical emergencies, the same device works for anyone working alone — hotel staff, night-shift workers, and lone employees — giving them a direct line to help with one button press.
This is a cellular device. For proper operation, it requires adequate cellular coverage. Poor cellular coverage may result in the inability to place a call or automatically detect a fall. Check with our team for known coverage limitations in your area.
As with all GPS tracking services, it may not always be possible to determine your exact location. Multi-level buildings, parking garages, and dense urban areas can make it difficult for satellites and cell towers to locate you.
In an emergency, please provide our response team with as much information as possible about your location.
